Delegate Griffith moves to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Senate Bill 359—“A Bill to amend the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated §17C-4-17, relating to law enforcement making reasonable attempt to contact a landowner or lessee when an accident occurs that damages a fence that could contain livestock.”
